For nearly a decade, we dreamed of opening our own restaurant. For Chef Ann Cook, it was a dream inspired by her mother, who was well-known in her village for the delicious food and desserts she made from scratch and sold in the village market . Ann wanted to follow in her footsteps and bring that same passion to a new community.
That dream is Take Thai, a true "East meets West" partnership.
Feel free to reach out for inquiries or reservations. We are proudly serving traditional Thai cuisine to our neighbors in Forest Springs, Anchorage, Middletown, Pewee Valley, Crestwood, and the entire East End—and are worth the drive for friends visiting from near and far like Fort Knox, Lexington, and beyond!
